The download for this seems to only have voices for one character (the original had voices for all of the female characters). I'm not sure if this is a mistake or not since there isn't anything here to imply that voice acting was removed.
You know they have to do that to comply with the censorship laws in the country they're making/selling the product in, right? Japan has VERY strict censorship laws that they're actually enforcing nowadays.
No. They still gotta comply with the laws, whether or not the content is translated into another language. the only reason you might see a work uncensored that was originally from Japan is that a non-Japanese company like Fakku gets the distribution rights and they might receive the artist's original editing files (think like PSD file) that allows them to remove the censorship or they use a program to do it.
It is as machin666ma says! With that said, we are negotiating with the developer to create a fully uncensored version in the form of a patch. If successful, we'll update everyone here with a new version to download free of charge!
