Please try: Unzipping while in the Japanese system locale. Go to: Time & language -> Language & region -> Administratie language settings -> Change system locale -> Japanese (Japan) -> restart
Then unzip the folder and Finished!
Repeat the language locale to change back to English, then enjoy.

i keep getting an error that the title image cant load. tried the fixes recommended in the files but still cant seem to get the game working

However, there are methods to run Windows .exe files on OSX.
